- 3 Cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3.5 Tablespoons sugar
- 3/4 Tablespoon yeast
- 3/4 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tablespoon butter
if butter is cold, break it into pieces
Mix hot water, milk and half the sugar.
"Proof" the yeast in the hot water + milk + sugar mixture until a foam forms
While the yeast is proofing, mix the remaining ingredients.
When the yeast is ready, add it to the dry ingredients
Let raise once, then form into rolls
when rolls have raised, cook at 375
